EGG NOG YOGURT!!
Lastnight I had a craving for Egg Nog! Must be the snow and the holiday season!
So I decided to try and make a healthier version and looked in my fridge and saw my plain yogurt!
I’d make Egg Nog flavoured yogurt!
It turned out great and much healthier than the traditional drink!
It would make a great dessert option too!
1 cup Plain Skyr or Greek Yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp chia seed
1/4 allspice or pumpkin pie spice
2 packets stevia or choice of sweetener
Blend together, pour into serving cup sprinkle pinch cinnamon on top.

I’m getting an early start on #newyearsresolution 👍🏃♀️Who else has used the #simplyfit board? I’ve had a goal since Colt was born that I would tighten my core and work on my posture... eleven months later I’m making it happen 😉 I have really enjoyed doing these exercises and planks, and I despise working out. I had researched tons of other workout routines but what drew me to using the Simply Fit board was that it was tiny, I could do it in my living room with my boys, and it really could be used as a full body work out.
