8 months ago today I gave birth to my first born #son @ek_3royals I weighed 166 lbs upon delivery. I’m only 5 feet 5 inches so that was very heavy for me. Pre baby I weighed between 125-130 majority muscle 💪🏽 We all know muscle weighs more than fat. However 8 months post baby I weight 126 with hardly any muscle. I’m nursing and my training and weight lifting schedule has decreased 🏋🏽♀️ with not much time to hit the gym I have lost over 12 lbs of muscle. As women our bodies retain massive ounces of water 💦 weight. I take #cellulose from #herbalife 3 times a day and I go to the sauna and steam room at least twice a week. 10 minuets in 3 minutes out. I put ginger, cucumber, mint leaves and lemon in my water. As a working mom there is not much time for Ourselves but I make it a priority to take 30-45 minuets our for myself, mind, body, and Soul. Ladies time is the one thing in life we can’t get back. Use it wisely if there is no time for you then you can’t be the best wife or mother you need to be for your family. Make time for YOU! It’s late and Ryan’s at work so I’m stuck with nothing to distract me from all these sad thoughts 😔So I decided to give the Simply Fit Board a shot and I think I love it! I saw it when it came on Shark Tank & then it was all over in stores. I got a board from my mom and it’s been sitting in the closet. Well tonight I took it out and used it while I watched an episode of This is Us on my phone... ITS HARD! 😳 I’ve never been good at keeping my balance and this really teaches you how. You have to keep your balance perfectly on your feet while twisting or the board will move you all over the floor. I also used 5lb weights in each hand. By the end of my workout I was much better at it and WOW my legs, arms, and abs are on 🔥!
I got a good workout in on my #SimplyFitBoard, weights and all. I love how it’s a full body workout with the same twisting motion! Today I was not as tired as day #1 and I seem to have more energy. I think my body is slowly getting used to these new supplements.
I am favouring the vanilla shake over the chocolate one as there are more things I can mix in with it.
Still 18 more days to go! I have high hopes and I’m excited for amazing results!
