Not the prettiest of pictures, but utterly damn delicious nonetheless....a late-ish Sunday lunch of boiled and baked smoked ham (gammon) served with pease pudding, garden peas and a dollop of mashed potatoes. And the good news is that we have enough ham for the next 3 to 4 days and enough pease pudding to serve cold in ham sandwiches as well as hot! This is quite a big lunch for us, so it will be salad, soup or sandwiches for tea. What’s on your Sunday lunch table today?

1lb Boar’s Head BourbonRidge Ham.
1lb Boar’s Head Vermont Cheddar.
1/2lb Boar’s Head Cream Havarti w/ Jalapeño.
1/2lb Boar’s Head Monterey Jack Cheese.1/3lb Boar’s Head 3 Pepper Colby.
8oz whipped cream cheese.
7oz pimentos, drained and diced.
3 large slices roasted red peppers, diced.1/2cup Boar’s Head real mayonnaise.
Directions: Dice ham to a 1/4” thickness. Shred all cheeses. Mix all ingredients and then chill for about an hour before serving. Enjoy 😉
