I have a HUGE to do list for today so I decided to not anytime, get an early start and start grinding 👊🏻 I find that waking up early always makes me feel a lot more accomplished throughout the rest of the day because I just allow myself for a lot more time to get shiz done!
I wanted so badly to roll back up in a ball in my bed and sleep for just “1 more hour” but I knew that I would value my time awake more and that, that hour just might turn into 2 or 3 more hours 😂
You have to set mental goals in your head and work on them daily and waking up earlier is on my goal list right about now! So instead of closing my eyes again I keep saying to myself get up, get coffee put your slippers on put on some good music. If I fill my head with things that make me happy it will make it that much easier to drag myself out of that memory foam bed!
Do this with not only getting up in the morning but anything you struggle with accomplishing, it really does work! Always put weight the negatives with positives ❤️
