GOT TIGHT IT BANDS?
•Roll out the GMax and TFL to decrease tightness in the IT band on the outer part of the thigh.
•Releasing trigger points in these muscles will decrease pain at the head of the tibia (attachment site) as well.
•Murdering the IT band on a roller won’t get to the root of the problem. Lengthening the muscles creating tension on this large ligament is one part of the solution. Other imbalances in the hip could be worth looking into as well. I’ve read that a tight TFL creates a long/lengthened and weak Iliopsoas. Compensation can ensue.
•The TFL (flexor) assists with thigh abduction & internal rotation. If the Glute Med and Glute Minimus (also assists with flexion) muscles are weak, that may be contributing to overactivity in the TFL. 🤔

Thoughts? 💭 I don't want this to happen, but considering that Hazard only has 1 year and a half left on his contract, and so his transfer value is lower, is this a fair deal?
