1/29/17 Jesus and faith in where I came from was solidified for me.
Experiences in continued faith blow my mind often.
With this said, I have chosen to move forward in faith by stepping forward into growth, in all ways.
😊 I was a sweet and shy girl most of my life. Then my divorce came and I had to grow into a confident, strong, outgoing girl I never was.
That was a dozen years ago.
I'm so much stronger than I ever thought possible.
No more stepping back into safety.I want to know people and have them know me. I want to serve people. Help people live healthier and happier lives. 💜🌿

Although Ali’s diagnosis of cystic fibrosis was one of the hardest, most devastating times of my life as a mother, there are so many reasons I wouldn’t change our journey.
I made the silent promise to her that CF wouldn’t define her, but instead give her opportunities to inspire, heal, and live every day to its fullest. It hasn’t been easy but every second worth it. We are better people because of it.. and we have exciting news❗️❗️

Anxiety and stress affects most of us on different levels.
It took me a long time to understand what causes it.
It occurs when you are disconnected from the present moment.
In many modern societies, we are always on the go.
This includes our brains.
We are often in fast forward mode. We might be physically here, but our mind is already focused on the groceries, and then the kids, and that business meeting, and the project that's due, and my hair appointment, and I need to get to the gym.
So as we are here, we are already thinking about the next task.
What this does is create an inner timer, a clock that counts down the remaining time left.
Not only will this make you anxious, but you will not seize the opportunity in the present moment. You will basically go on autopilot. And when you're next task shows up, you won't fully enjoy that either because you'll already be thinking about the next thing to do.
I know this so well, but on a very extreme level.
One cannot live like this.
What we must do is learn to press pause.
You can't fight or stop your thoughts; so please don't try that.
But shift your attention to this moment. Look around, listen to the person that's speaking. Observe him/her. Really pay attention.
Move the attention from you to what's around you.
Let your thoughts become background noise.
Connect with me right now and say "I surrender to this moment." All of a sudden you feel a still aliveness grow within.
So learn to slow down, learn to press pause and enjoy the surroundings.
Don't run through life, for life already moves fast enough on its own.
When I was a teenager and was struggling through depression I prayed that we would move to a different town.
Instead the universe made me get lost and wander into a bizarre store where I bought the most beautifully drawn comic book I’ve ever seen.
That’s when I decided I would learn how to draw. That pulled me out of the depression and made me discover I was an artist. This is how I begun to think of manifesting not as 'drive-through order' but as a co-creating between Spirit and me.
Whether you like it or not, stress is a choice.
Life will happen regardless. We can’t stop it, can’t control it. We can create our own reality, but life will still be going on around us. Things will not always be perfect, because polarity will always be present in some form. We must learn to SHIFT our perspective of life and CHOOSE to react to ‘stressful’ situations in different ways. 🦋
