Happy Sunday guys! Despite a lack of plans I’ve got such a busy weekend 🙈 feeling good though (minus the stress)! However I really do need to up my calorie intake I think - I’ve lost a lot of weight and although the fat loss is great I’m also losing strength so that’s not so great! Yesterday I struggled with 5kg dumbbells to do shoulder press like whaaaat 🙈 anyway how’s your training going?! Are you smashing it or hitting a bit of a rock like me?

“ I only lost 10 pounds”
I remember the first ten lbs I lost. I looked in the mirror and couldn’t see any change. I was sad, disappointed and it really made me realize how far I still had to go. But 10 turned to 20 and then 30 and now to 95. That’s right I’m 5 lbs away from my 100 lost mark. The more weight you have to lose the harder it’s going to be the see your progress. take millions of photos, until I lost over 30 lbs the only place I could notice was in my back rolls 😩 never get discouraged, these things take time. After my hormones were completely bend out of shape I’d look in the mirror thinking WTF I ONLY gained 10 lbs. but I felt like I looked like I gained 20-30. Here’s my progress from January to now. Only 10 lbs but I’m faster, stronger and more important, mentally and physically healthy and happy. ❤️ never sell yourself short and it’s never JUST 10 lbs 😘
I want to thank my doctor @drhennigar for finding my hormone imbalance. And the trainers at @stevenashfitnessclubs for getting me back feeling myself again ❤️🙌🏼
