SQUAT PRRRRRRR 300x1!!! 🎊🎉‼️😱😱😱 You guys, squats have been feeling like SHMONEY lately! 💵😍 Like I use to HATE this lift with a dying passion but now that I’ve been feeling improvements, it’s making its way up. 💖 Today was suppose to be a heavy single at RPE 8 and I was going to stop at 285 (second video). But after sending the video to @deku.83kg for feedback, senpai said lets go up. ☝🏼

Two simple things.
1. All my lifts today needed in PRs!!
2. I can’t count and that is why the first happened! 😂
Today was full of excitement for me as I crushed 315 for 3x3 to start. Then hit the safety bar box squats at 275 for 5,6,7 when it should have been a 3x5. All these lifts were personal best for me and I am so excited with the progress I am making in such a short time. I couldn’t be happier with the program and so blessed that God is giving me the strength to perform at this level.

Just a friendly reminder that the only diet that matters is the one that works for you! *
What I mean by this is it doesn’t matter if there is a diet that will GUARANTEE you lose 10 pounds in a month if you can’t stick to it. If you are constantly cheating on a so called “perfect diet” it isn’t a perfect diet.
The only perfect diet is one you enjoy and can stick to. Any diet that you find impossible to adhere to isn’t the diet for you. Keto, clean eating, intermittent fasting, IIFYM, palo, whatever it is only do it if you enjoy it. *
It should also be something you can see yourself doing for your life! No diet should be something that you do to lose weight and you go back to “regular eating” afterward. That type of attitude is how you get yourself into yo-yo dieting.
So, find a diet that works for you , stick to it and smash your goals 💪🏽
