W A T E R T I P
Water is crucial for us to thrive, just like it is for our plants to survive. I’m working with a fitness coach (for free with the weight-loss supplements I’m taking) and when she told me how much water 💦 I need to drink each day 👀 I didn’t think I could do it! I came up with a system and it’s working so I thought I would share. I simple fill up my large insulated cup (pictured in my hand) and drink it 3 times each day (filtered water, no ice). I start first thing in the morning and try to finish the first one by mid morning, the second one by the end of lunch and the last one with dinner. That way I’m not drinking too much water at bedtime 😂. In case you are wondering, I drink at least 80 ounces per day. Do you drink enough water? How much water do you drink and how do you keep track of it? Gimme your tips! 😃
How does an ant eat an elephant? .
One bite at a time.
It’s the small wins that add up over time that truly count. As an athlete and fitness professional growing up and living in Florida, humidity is real thing.
I used to have real bad muscle cramps all the time. I’d pound sugary, sports drinks that were loaded with God knows what and would still cramp.
For the last 3 years I’ve switched to this awesomeness right here. Much lower is sugar & carbs, in fact about 75% less but still filled with the stuff you need to replace electrolytes and keep you hydrated.
I haven’t had any muscle cramps in 3 years and I have saved thousands of calories and grams of sugar.
Now, it’s off to some Softball and it’s gonna be sweaty one tonight, so pounding that Hydrate it is.
