3 rounds -25 squat side kick
-25 star jumps -45 seconds happy feet squat
-45 seconds moving knee squat

yesterday was not my best day. i was excited to celebrate my dad, but after a big lunch with lots of food, my pouch was not 100% agreeing with me. i suffer from really painful rectal spasms and am still in the process of treating them, and it can be so frustrating to feel so awful on such a special day. needless to say by the time i got home i was feeling pretty down, so my boyfriend decided to take me to this gorgeous look out. there’s nothing as good for the soul as being in the beauty of nature on a warm summer day, with someone who makes you laugh. ☀️

Here in this video is a strengthening exercise that you can do with a normal elastic band. These bands can be bought as low is 12.99 off of Amazon and if anyone is interested just message me. Keep in mind, that this is a process and you should not over exert yourself. I like to do these warm up exercises before I work on my lower body routines which involves squats and leg presses. I always naturally had larger legs so I don’t often do leg extensions but I do recommend this exercise nonetheless. You can never be too lenient when it comes to protecting your body. I’ll be posting more exercises over the next coming months.
