"I maxed out my lifts again since last doing so mid April, and thanks to 2 cycles of @club.badass strength programming (just 21 days) here are the results:
Overhead Squat- 70➡️100 lbs
Front Squat- 116➡️136 lbs
Back Squat- 128➡️150 lbs
Deadlift- 200➡️210 lbs
Press- 77➡️83 lbs
Snatch Grip Press-65➡️72 lbs
Plus PRing everything else under the sun literally every week! If these results don’t show you proof that it works, idk what will 🤷🏼♀️"
Thicc like peanut butter 😏 no lifting day today! But that's okay cuz my Quads are wrecked from Yesterday plus going for an MRI on my wrist to see what actually happened... The theory of one specialist is that due to ligament strain the small bones in my wrist are collapsing during some movement... Very dramatic 🙄😏 so hopefully we can find out for sure and sort this bitch out!
Mental health is deteriorating which led to me having to drag myself through my lifts and yeah it might have taken me like 2 hours to get my sets but I finished that shit and I’m proud // low block pulls - 2 X 10 @ 240 + a few sets off the floor at various weights
If I kick the plate past the line, it counts, right? 😂 Multiple sets of Farmers at 330 where my hand didn't want to cooperate at the end, and a little French contrast fun with squats and seated box jumps.
You know you're starting to get used to the transition to strongman when holding the weight in your arms to squat is more comfortable than on your back lol.
Light sets of 8 with 245 for some nice accessory work.
