Feeling sore in the best way, easy 6 mile recovery run after yesterday’s many workouts and 9 miles with 4 of those speedwork #backonthetrack! It was pitch dark this morning on the greenway but needed to get it in even earlier as I had a meeting for some exciting stuff I’ll be able to announce next week!

Throughout the day, I had thought about something dynamic asana flows and I was really motivated to try them - see if they would work the way I imagined. But after going back and forth between university, the city center and my home 🚲, I was exhausted when I finally came home. (Paderborn is quite hilly ^^`).
So, I ended up taking some notes on my letztes while stretching and flowing a bit. ^^ Maybe that's an option for you as well? You just have to sit lazily on your mat and switch your position every now and then. ^-^ Maybe you can find some motivation in this short video and step onto your mat. Even if it's just 10 minutes :) A few stretches are always better than no stretches at all!🤗
