Every achievement is an achievement, big or small. Yeah this is a bowl of cheerios, yeah its my “safe food” but it’s the first time in weeks that I’ve actually managed to get something to eat off my own accord without someone telling me to. I mean who can resist eating from this new adorable unicorn bowl?! Sue got loads of new plates, bowls and cups in this style and I’m in love😍yeah things are pretty shit at the moment but I have to look at the positives no matter how small they are. I have until Friday to get my shit together otherwise I’ll be referred back to ed services (I thought they already did it but they gave me another week.) So yeah this weekend didn’t go to plan in the slightest but that doesn’t mean it has to be a bad week!
I’m a day late because after my race yesterday we got really busy really fast and drove all over Georgia it feels like. But being that today was supposed to be my rest day I just counted that as yesterday and did my cardio today. Since I was driving all day yesterday my nutrition was TERRIBLE. I mean I ate sonic for lunch and went to a fish fry for dinner bad. But I had a great time out with my best friend and one bad day doesn’t undo all the work I have put in. I payed for it this morning that’s for sure, all the grease, two beers, and almost no water intake really did a number on me.

HOLY PROGRESS. My sister took this side view pic of me yesterday and you guys I’m still amazed. Like I can’t believe it still. What a change! Some days I look in the mirror and think there’s no difference. That’s why it’s SO important to take progress photos, which I obvi need to start doing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I feel so proud right now.
