It’s time to FLY ✈️✈️ I’ve accepted I’m never going to be someone that settles. I’m always wanting more, to experience more, to see more, to meet more people.
Living boldly is something I base a lot of my choices on. It might land me in shit sometimes, it might be some of the best decisions I’ve ever made, but either way it had some BALLS 🏀 Over the last few months I’ve changed a LOT in my life and going Freelance has been one of the best decisions. I’ve got a sweet little setup that I’ve worked hard for here.
BUT new opportunities and my curiosity to explore the world has kicked in again. And In 7 weeks time I’ll be checking out of London on a one-way ticket to my next home.

Here’s how... try this high protein, dairy free recipe. Perfect as a sweet fix snack throughout the day or as a desert 😋
1 scoop @fit_delis chocolate protein
30g light brown sugar
50g @pipandnut peanut butter
2x whole @thehappyeggco
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp @skinnymixes vanilla syrup
Method: mix all ingredients together, spoon into 4 on baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes (I did bake four but one split so didn’t make the gram😂)

Had a bit of a reality check when I did my measurements this morning. I don’t think I look bad, but I know I was a bit too relaxed with my diet last week (considering I am meant to be cutting) and the results were a bit of a kick up the 🍑 for me. Probably a good thing because last week, the thought of doing cardio every day was so unappealing, but now I know it is time to work and I am so motivated to see what I can do! 💪🏼 SIX WEEKS LEFT TO GET INTO SHAPE 🙆🏼♀️ I am so excited!✨
