So nothing really changed from last week 🤷♀️ I didn't change anything and my body didn't change. Sounds correct. So a little plateau.
I was up 4lb morning morning more to my surprise.
This could have been lots of thing.
-- Friday high carb day -- Sat & Sun NEAT very low.
-- lots of diet soda over the weekend -- Sun I ran for 35 mins.
All of this seems it held alot of water on my body. I wasn't to worried. Tuesday woke up back at 136.2lb.
Keep grinding. I feel leaner. My face looks leaner. 5lb minimum I'd like gone 💥
Not feeling as tired this week. Headache still pretty constant.
Trying to sleep. Rest more. Help that the sun is out 🌞😍 Cardio up to 80 mins a day this week. I'm not afraid to share how hard I'm working, some people get shredded on 25 mins a day. I think due to my past eating disorder of binge and restriction has left me with a low metabolism 🤷♀️ just means I have to work harder then the rest but we cool. We working. I get it done 😚
