@frommybowl here again! Do you struggle with eating enough greens? I like to get a serving in each morning to start my day on the right foot, but let’s be honest here...no one wants to eat a salad for breakfast! 🙅🏻♀️ Which is why I take @amazinggrass every day instead 😉 I add it to my smoothies, my oatmeal, or will even have it on it’s own with water! Today I created this healthy green Ombre Chia Pudding (recipe below) to share with you - it’s packed with fiber, healthy fats, and (duhhh) @amazinggrass! 🌱
✖️OMBRE COCONUT CHIA PUDDING:
¼ cup Chia Seeds
¾ cup Coconut Water
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
1 scoop @amazinggrass Belly Elixir, divided
½ tsp Chlorella Powder (or other dark greens powder, like @amazinggrass Wheatgrass!)
¾ tsp Matcha Powder, divided
(*Pro Tip: if you’re not making this pretty “for the ‘gram”, you can just add all of the powders into the Chia Pudding at once, then mix and enjoy! 😘)
1. Add the Chia Seeds, Coconut Water, and optional Maple Syrup to a small tupperware or mason jar and stir well. Store overnight in the fridge.
2. The next day, divide the Chia Pudding evenly into 3 small bowls.
3. In the first bowl, add the Chlorella + ½ scoop of @amazinggrass Belly Elixir
4. In the second bowl, add ¼ tsp of Matcha Powder, plus the other ½ scoop of the @amazinggrass Belly Elixir
5. Add the remaining ½ tsp of Matcha Powder to the third bowl.
6. Mix the powders evenly into each chia pudding, then layer in a glass jar - I used some coconut yogurt in between each layer! Serve, enjoy, and feel amazing 🙌🏼😋🥄

Can I be honest though? I was SO curious BUT so SKEPTICAL at the same time about this superfood shake! I mean isn’t it better to just eat healthy? .
I am am SO very thankful that I gave it a try because oh my goodness!!!! I can’t go a day without it! It gives me energy, it tastes DELICIOUS, it keeps me full, AND stops my cravings! .
When something can have the nutrients and vitamins of SIX SALADS and taste like DESSERT, it’s a WINNER for me! .

I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch most days of the week, with a slight variation. For dinner, we pick from a short list of meals we enjoy. We try to plan the week in advance, as well! 👍🏽

Peppermint bliss balls 😍 2 cups cashew + 2 cups coconut + 4 dates + 1 tbs greens (for colour only) + peppermint essential oil (possibly some water depending on your blender!). Plus a little bit of dark chocolate 😋 it would be rude to have the mint without the choc! Super yummy and healthy treat alternative! 🌴 #swapitdontstopit
