Creamy pesto chicken & broccoli bake🍴
3 chicken breasts cut into chunks
1 head of broccoli
1/4 cup pesto
3 oz of cream cheese
Quinoa (2 cups water 1 cup quinoa)
Stir fry chicken & broccoli in a tablespoon of olive oil for about 10 minutes, season w/salt and pepper.
Once cooked at pesto & cream cheese, add cooked quinoa.
Bake @350 for 20min.

Both of my kids came home from school grumpy this afternoon (I blame it on The Equinox🌏) So I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to make some essential oil infused toxic free slime. It’s been a hit so far and my kitchen has copped a beating 😩
Here’s how I made it;
1 cup of water
1.5-2 cups of corn starch
Turmeric for the yellow coloured slime and Green superfood powder for the green slime.
4 drops of Balance essential oil to ground them and bring them back to earth while promoting peace and harmony in their little minds and bodies 👫💛💫 Mix and make a mess. The smiles are worth it 😍
