There’s often a big misconception around protein powders especially for those that are just starting out on their fitness journey. Protein Powders aren’t a magic shake that will make you put on huge amounts of muscle.
They’re simply a more convenient way to get adequate protein in your diet.
I always advocate to get your protein source through food but sometimes it can be difficult. This is where protein powder comes in.
I highly urge you to READ the labels on your protein powders as there are many out there that are filled with artificial crap!
