Exercise USED to be another stress factor in my life. Am I going to make it to my class on time? Will dad be home on time to watch the kids. Dang, he's not here or wants to go for a run so I need to search YouTube....
With all the busyness, chaos and unknowns that life can throw at you it brings me peace to know that with a click of a button I can get my workout DONE!
My gym travels with me, my trainers travel with me, I can do whatever I feel like doing on any given day at any given time. All for less than 50p a day. I'm making sure I stay healthy for my family and for me 👨👩👦👦 .

There’s some Greek yogurt under there somewhere...I promise 😂 This is my newest snack obsession. It’s a container of @siggisdairy vanilla Greek yogurt, blueberries and half of a Peanut Butter Chocolate BEACHBAR 😍 It adds just enough sweetness to satisfy my midday craving for all things chocolate! Anyone else get serious craving for sweets in the late afternoon? #thestruggleisreal

My new mid-week rest day is working so well for me. I taught kids yoga at my son's primary the second time this morning (and live to tell the tale!), my day job and my 2 wellness groups keep me busy...and my 2 groups also ensure I do a minimum of activity even on a rest day. 1min plank and 1 min fast feet were the challenges we set each other today.
Just another bonus when you decide to get fit with me 😃
