I struggle with symmetry in my back and shoulders because of a torn labrum (surgically repaired once, and then torn again😳)
So I take pictures from time to time to assess the progress. The 2.5 years in between these pictures may not be drastic, but I can definitely tell that I'm doing something right. That's what it's all about.. Progress.. not perfection.
Can you tell which shoulder has the torn labrum? 🤔
