So glad I have the opportunity to be a part of Schick Elementary’s Girls on the Run. A bunch of spunky, sassy 3rd-5th grade girls just ready to take on the world. After each lap, we wrote a word on their arm for a secret message. “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” They were so excited to see what each word would be, they ran a little faster to get it the whole message. Teaching them that there is beauty in everything, all shapes, all sizes, all situations. I wish I had this stuff growing up. ❤️ #girlsontherun#teachthemyoung#bethechange#leadbyexample
There are still quite a few days that I do not want to show up and workout! I promise!
I show up to workout like it’s my job because it is! That is definitely a perk of my job and something that has kept me on track for the last 2 1/2 years! Believe me when I say that especially when we are traveling (which is often) it would be much easier to skip it and go about the busy day we have planned!
Knowing that there are a group of other women working to crush their goals motivates me to show up and get it done! I never regret it and I always love the endorphins after!
Need a tribe to support you?! Let’s chat!
She picked her boots out a whole tub of shoes. I said “add a girl, you know what you want...” your children know what you teach them. It starts with the home. Brought to you by her Tylenol bottle. 🧡👢🎃 #HarperRoseDavis#TeachThemYoung

I had the pleasure of speaking to some @gsknights yesterday morning! I’m slowing learning teenage ways & wasn’t too heartbroken when one of them mentioned stopping by McDs for breakfast! My goal was simply to plant some seeds, teach them that there are many benefits to caring for your body at even a young age!
