Do you drink matcha tea? It is SUPER high in antioxidants, so it could be a good addition to your daily routing or inside your smoothies. (I love including it in my smoothies!) I made this delicious cup of warm matcha by blending: 1 heaping teaspoon of matcha powder, 1 cup of warm water, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.
