Fairly simple fried mee for the busy mom😁
Yellow mee ( wash with hot water)
Carrot and pak choy (cut n dice)
Garlic and onions (finely chopped)
Beef (sliced thinly)
1. Prepare wok. Add on oil. Fry garlic and onions.
2. Add on curry powder and fry a bit.
3. Add in soysauce and beef. Continue frying.
4. Add on mee and vege. Fry till well mixed.
Ready to eat..ouh add on your egg by the side 😊
