The cooked version of vegetable bhaji ready to eat. Tomorrow I will be uploading the recipe for the lentil dish.
Vegetable bhaji 🥦🥕🌽 Time to cook 30mins
Items needed: already cut vegetable packs from @tescofood (2 packs)
1 medium size onion
Half tablespoon salt
Half teaspoon tumeric
Half teaspoon mixed powder
In a pan add 3 tablespoon of sunflower 🌻 oil.
Add the half tablespoon of salt, half teaspoon of tumeric, half teaspoon of mixed powder.
Cook in very slow heat for 5 mins.
Add the already cut vegetable from @tescofood 2 packets to the pan.
Mix the vegetable with the onion, put the pan lid on and let it cook on very slow heat for 30mins.
Stir the vegetable every 15mins while it’s cooking.
After 30mins add two whole or cut chili according to how you like it.
Add cut coriander a handful.
Turn the heat off.
Your vegetable bhaji is ready to eat with rice or wraps or Chapatti.
