I forgot to post this on the actual anniversary but anyways... I created #ncdukes on September 17 of last year. That means I've been running this account for 1️⃣ year now! It was just after Cooter's Last Stand that I realized I wanted to become more involved and pay tribute to my favorite show! I'm glad that I started this, it has been a pretty cool experience! I've been able to talk with my heroes from the show and I've also met some other super cool Dukes fans. Also, I just hit 2️⃣.8️⃣K followers on here! Thank you guys for following and for being so nice. #HazzardNation 0️⃣1️⃣❤️
Check out my new ride. I'll be honest, it's not new. I got it when I was 4 years old. It's done a fair few miles and has collided with a number of carefully constructed Lego walls, but let's face facts - it's an iconic vehicle whatever the condition. The General Lee - actually a modified Dodge Charger - is a dream car of mine. They only do about 2 miles to the gallon, but you wouldn't buy one as a commuter car would you? When I was a young chap, I thought all people in the US jumped over rivers, smashed through fences and evaded the law whilst driving in the Dukes of Hazard style. That may explain why I failed my driving test on the first shot. Anyway, this is a tiny little slice of my childhood and - it means a lot. .
