Flew out to Germany yesterday to host a Facebook ads training workshop for a client over here.
Feel so grateful for all the travelling I’ve been able to do this year. It’s been a fun ride! At the same time, it’s not as glamorous as it seems. Going to film a video on this.
Next week it’s Milan for my final speaking gig of the year. Then it’s finally time to stay in Edinburgh for a while ❤️

By no means am I an expert yet 😏 Today I hit a quick back and shoulder workout mainly focusing on shoulders! Here are three of my favorites from today. Finished with farmers carries which are a great way to build trunk stability and overall strength. There are many variations to the farmers carry, today I decided to do overhead to work on my over head stability! You can incorporate any variation of this exercise at the end of any workout!! !
1. Standing BB Military Press 4x10
2. Bent over BB Row 4x10
3. Seated DB Military Press 3x10
4. Single Arm Lat Pulldown 3x10each
5. DB lateral raise 3x15
6. DB front raise 3x15
7. Seated rear delt. fly 3x15
8. Alternating grip DB shrugs 3x10each
9. Overhead farmer carry 3trips •
