We didn’t post much lately and it's fine. We had our lives, loves and other projects to take care of. But mostly us. We always make it a priority to take care of ourselves first and not let any outside pressure come in the way of our well being. It's hard but we try to make time and space for it. We enjoyed an amazing summer filled with tons of great moments but also lots of ups and downs but we're still grateful no matter what. 💛
Even though it was a busy summer, we also got together to organize the third edition of the project. Dates are set for the shootings and we can't wait to meet new women and hear new stories. WE ARE SO EXCITED. (And also because we get to spend more time together as friends and that's beyond precious) Keep your eyes open, we’ll start posting behind the scenes pictures of our photoshoots later on this week!

Hello, it’s Elaine, @sunflowerof21 kicking off day 2 of my takeover. I’m so honoured that Joanne has asked me to share 3 of my own images each day over 7 days.
You’ll see from my both my Instagram accounts that I love colour. I rarely post in black & white but today that’s my theme.
I originally shared this photo of my youngest son on Instagram back in August 2012. It’s one of my personal favourite portraits of my boys, so I’m chuffed it’s seeing the light of day again.
Thanks for reading and looking. 🌻
5/21: Charlie. On the train to Leeds.
Hello, it’s Elaine, @sunflowerof21 carrying on with my B&W theme for today’s takeover.
This is my oldest son, listening to music (as per!) while he watches the world go by on the train. I loved his gaze, and caught his reflection in the window, so quickly took a shot before he noticed. I took it with my iPhone, my only camera!, and edited it with @blackieapp - a superb app for B&W mobile photography. Image 3 coming soon. Elaine🌻
