Just finished my Booty Poppin’ + Back Workout! It was tough, but I’ve been finding workouts at 5:30am really wake me up 💕I don’t feel so sluggish when driving to work. Normally I’d be desperate for coffee!
I love this Love Note idea - I may make a small stack of sticky notes and pin them to my cubicle. Each day I could put a different one from the pile on top! ✨

What I wish I knew before starting my fitness journey...
I wouldn’t change all the mistakes and EDs as I’ve learned a lot, but I do wish I could tell my younger self a few things so she didn’t beat herself up so much...
✨its a lifestyle.
✨stop looking for 12 week fixes.
✨whatever you look like now is ok.
✨focus on workouts that empower you and goals that stretch your ability & strength - aesthetics will follow naturally.
✨fads and diet pills and skinny teas are part of a booming diet industry that exploits people’s vulnerabilities and lack of confidence. Don’t buy in.
✨bulimia will not make you feel better. Purging is a temporary fix that does more harm in the long run.
✨food is not the enemy.
✨carbs are not the enemy.
✨focus on what you should be putting into your diet, not what you should be taking out.
✨the answer never lies at the bottom of a bottle. Alcohol is a depressant and its working against your mood and your fitness goals.
✨fall in love with the process of training and nourishing your body.
✨go boxing, now. Your mental health with be changed for the better!
✨celebrities don’t look like that all the time, and if they do they may not be healthy, and they have much more time and money to dedicate to looks.
✨don’t miss out on life just to weight 5% less.

I missed posting yesterday about the #TIUHolidayHustle because I was enjoying a day with family for my great Aunt's 80th birthday! So, today is day 7 of the holiday hustle, and I just finished my 5 toning moves and #yogaflex. I took a day to relax, get stuff done around the house, and made two different kinds of scones for my husband to take to work tomorrow! 😍 Looking forward to what this week has in store! I know you should never start tomorrow and instead say you are starting now but I’m lying in bed and my day is over so I figured it’s allowed lol. I’m making this promise to myself to get back on track and want... I mean... will be on purpose tomorrow morning. Food on point and workout in. Time to get back to when I was at my best. Did it once before and I can do it again!

I was so wound up today after working all week for yesterday’s show. I tried to slow down a bit but made 3 new pairs of earrings for @sandandsilver

Dinner M5 - Homemade oatmeal w/ almond milk & honey + toast

Cheers to the end of a fab weekend! I went to a couple holiday parties, got in some downtime, and kept things pretty lean clean green. Now I’m ready for another great week ahead!
I’m not gonna lie, yoga is one of those things lately I really have to be in the mood for and I’m really particular about my practice. So instead of a yoga workout today I let myself chilled for a minute and got some hooping in! (One of my favorite ways relax yet still get a workout in).
