Active and crazy weekend! We have been dog sitting and taking a advantage of a big back yard to play with the dogs. It’s been 100-110 the last two weeks so even though it’s hot it feels so good to be outside! I am about to write my grocery list and get ready for tomorrow’s meal prep! Who’s with me💁🏼♀️?
Sunday vibes ✌🏻 actually everyday vibes 💫 love being that little girls mama 👧🏼 meal prepped this morning..made myself a lil salad bar to make Greek salads 🥗 and chocolate beet mini muffins-my fave 🙌🏻 I still kinda need breakfasts for the week but I’ll prob throw something together later I’m thinkin 🥞🤔 headed out to restock @toneitupnutrition bars and protein 🥤 I’m ready to get back on track after all the #treatyoself lately. Sooo it’s been a month since I haven’t had my furniture, kitchenware, or anything really. Luckily I kept my Vitamix, @toneitup Tupperware and protein with me so I could be healthy in hotels. We finally moved into our new home but we’re painting/reflooring before we move our stuff in.
Since I don’t have a muffin tin, I made muffin balls and I’ve been making my salads in these Tupperware containers. 😅
M1: blueberry cauliflower smoothie or mocha smoothie
M2: blueberry chia seed muffins
M3: kale salad with tempeh
M4: carrots and hummus 🥕
M5: tray dinner/ Moroccan dish

Prep is key. If I don’t bake a batch of turkey burgers, spiralize some zucchini, thaw the bacon and prep the veggies and fruits, I’m setting myself up for failure. After the no-good “cheat” I had yesterday, this week I’m going in armed even better. 💪🏼 Let’s do this, #AIP and #summertoneup week 2️⃣.

💪 - about to do my 5 moves and then attempt an easy 5 to 10 k depending on how my knees feel. They've been bugging me. certain 😻🐾 oh and bought myself cheer up flowers..and thought my other cat liked them..nope just biting the plastic. Cute not so cute 🤷

Today started off with my first training session in a few days, which was glutes and hamstrings 🍑 It's been a couple of weeks now with little to no motivation to work out but I'm powering through and hoping that habit will keep me going 🤞🏼 Now to get ready for a new week, only 5 days until I fly to Spain 🎉✈
