Know this: you can start over each morning. I have to tell myself that whenever I don’t eat so well the previous day, or my thoughts go negative, or I don’t workout, or don’t cross off everything on my to-do list. Each day is a new day and what happened yesterday is irrelevant to the way you live your life today. You can’t go back and change what you did, or place blame on yourself for what you shouldn’t have done. But what you CAN do today is set your intentions and focus on the actions you make today to make yourself a stronger and more disciplined person for tomorrow 👊🏼

I enjoyed the weekend with friends and meal prepped yesterday. Mixing up all the different plans like usual. .
Fail to plan, plan to fail. Meal prepped my breakfast last night so I could grab and go this morning. I never have any spare time in the morning to cook so I always have to make something I can take with me and eat at work. I was craving fruit over the weekend so I decided to incorporate it into this weeks breakfast. .
I have 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 cup yogurt, and sprinkled with @bearnakedgranola granola 👌🏼

I will admit that it was really hard for me to get up and squeeze this workout in this morning. But with every excuse, I also thought of a reason why I should be getting up...you’re going to the beach next weekend and you have to look good in that bathing suit 👙, you picked out your favorite workout outfit, you have to start the work week out right, it’s the first day of summer tone up! A little family time today after a ‘me’ day. I went to the lavender farm with my niece and then went to my parent’s home for dinner. I made homemade guacamole, the TIU strawberry avocado salsa and Mexican street corn (not very healthy but oh so good) to compliment the fajitas as the main course. 😋 #tiuteam#tiudmv @toneitup
