Today was the treadmill as well as the daily moves. I’ve noticed with my knee, I do have to take it easy, even though my brain says “you got this! Keep going!” Listen to your body! *late post* #SummerToneUp challenge! Yesterday’s extra rep challenge was burpees! Everyone’s favorite...right! 🤣 I swear I was only going to get in about 6-8 in one minute, but I surprised myself with 12!! Barely...but I got it in!! I did these at the end of my workout, so I was feeling like I had jello legs! It was a good day! Good luck to all the #tiubabes 😘💖🙌🏼

Today was hard, I had wins and I had choices that could’ve been made better. I drank more water today. I had a yummy smoothie for breakfast with some @califiafarms coffee. For a snack I had a local peach and some dried apricots followed by a salad for lunch. After the horrible traffic and torrential rains I chose to go home instead of going to ride. I came home and just wasn’t feeling a workout. I cooked my last box of Mac n cheese and a coke. I’ve been in bed since. Damn Mother Nature... tomorrow I’ll be better but in all of that, the million trips to the bathroom, I managed to avoid the fun sized candy bars that stated me in the face all day long. I also braved the heat during lunch break to get a few laps around the park by work.

Summer gets crazy. Life gets busier, days get longer, and food and tasty drinks are always at our finger tips. I’m excited to focus on my new easy simple nutrition plan and bust out some great transformation pics after this 8 week program.

I saw @hungryharvest on Shark Tank last night. Has anyone tried it?? They basically mail you fruits and veggies that aren’t pretty enough to go to the grocery store instead of letting them go to a landfill. It’s such a great cause and probably an awesome way to get yourself to eat more veggies.
