When Saturday comes around I usually am at my limit and definitely need to rest so that I’m recovered start Monday. Not necessarily from working out but because of work, daily errands, having a busy schedule & always being on the go Monday-Friday.
It’s totally ok to rest and restore your energy🔋. You don’t want to over do it and come Monday you’re too drained to give it your all 💯.
So relax, take it a bit easier and restore your energy🔋. Do not feel bad about it! You are human—you’re not a machine even though society makes us work like we are machines🤖.
