I try to run at least 3-4x/week for 30-45 minutes and then use our Bowflex. It’s my “me time.” I turn on my DVR and go.
Let’s be honest, even with a good show playing, I still get tired. I’m constantly looking at my watch and it’s only been 10 minutes, 15 minutes, or sometimes it’s only been 6 minutes and it’s felt like forever! 😴😩😴
But with this stuff right here, I never once felt like I wasn’t going to make it through! I looked down at my watch and surprisingly I had been running 25 minutes + wasn’t even tired! I even was able to use our Bowflex afterwards and not struggle to finish! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Here are a couple of exercises perfect for growing your glutes! Please remember that mind to muscle connection is extremely important! Generally, what helps mind to muscle connection if you are having trouble targeting a specific muscle, is if you tap the area you are trying to target before you begin the exercise. Another way is if you have a friend hold their finger on the area it should be targeting throughout the movement. ⭐️
When completing these exercises, chose a weight that is best suited for your level of fitness. If you are just starting out, start with lower weight until you learn proper form and work your way up, to prevent injury. ⭐️
Bulgarian Split Squat:
This is a killlllleeerrrr booty exercise. Make sure to keep the majority of your weight in your front heel, push your weight up through your hamstring and squeeze your glute at the top! You should only be using your back leg for stabilization, little to no weight should be on the back foot!
10x-12x (reps each leg)
If you are more advanced, pair this with the goblet squat for a killer triset!
Goblet Squat: targets quads, hamstrings, glutes. You really want to keep your chest up and your back straight throughout this movement. Your legs should be a little bit more than shoulder width apart, and your feet should be at around a 30° angle, pointing outwards. Keep your weight in your heels to target your glutes, and squeeze your butt on the way up. Lol, grandma butt looks ridiculous ik, but it’s important! (If not adding to previous superset)
4x (sets) ⭐️
Hip Thrust: In my opinion, this is one of the BEST booty building exercises I have ever come across. It is important to keep your weight in your heels so you can target your hamstrings and your glutes. Keep your back straight, squeeze up through your hamstrings and glutes!
