It’s an early Saturday morning, which means one thing for these athletes - hill training. Nothing better than hill work to activate the entire body. In this session, the focus of the training was to develop leg strength and power with the overall purpose of improving explosiveness and and stride efficiency. While the workout was grueling, these athletes found the mental strength to push a little harder with each trip uphill.

While I have been remiss in publicizing the progress of Adrenaline track athletes, it’s time for an update. These athletes have been working hard this offseason. After completing the weightlifting phase, they are back on the track for general conditioning. The accompanying video was taken a couple of weeks ago, providing a sample of the activities to improve their power, explosiveness and coordination. It included, jumps, MB throws, hurdles and wickets... something for everyone! 😁
