Did a 3 days "intermittent fasting" (not sure if that's what you called it). Anyway, past 3 days I only took a cup of coffee for breakfast & lunch, & lots of water in between. Then a small portion of early dinner (low or no carb). Did 20mins of weights training daily & 2x 65-75 mins cardio sessions during the past 4 days.
Think it works really well cos I've felt less bloated (smaller tummy) & lighter. I don't weigh myself anymore but monitor from my clothes fitting, and they do fit better after this few days.
Put on so much weight since Christmas & the ½ marathon race is coming near. So I definitely need to be fitter & lighter to be ready for it.
At the end of the day, it's always OK if you lost some weight then put back some. So long you don't lose control & continue to work hard on putting it off again. Being healthy & fit is unfortunately an ongoing lifetime process.
Trust me, they are many many times that I myself feel like giving up too. But I just continuously push myself & kept going 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I think my biggest “throwback” would be going from who and how I was to who I am today. I once said the harder the push the harder the pull..still stands,only I now stand idol and let things take its natural course rather then forcing anything. I used to be too angry, spiteful, aggressive, I mean I can make a whole book, but then again, why? All of that was just part of me growing to be who I am now. I pass it foward to anyone out there. Be humble, be forgiving, be open minded and reasonable. We tend to want to take on the world and the challenges it comes with alone. We are made to be relational, to help one another, to have someone special in our lives to give us love and comfort. Even so, all is possible when you have faith and give into the Lord. FORGIVNESS, LOVE, and COMPASSION. Those are some personal things I recently gave to myself. I realized I couldn't love, forgive or be truly compassionate about anything or anyone without giving it to myself. If your not 💯 with yourself. How can you be 💯 with anything else in life. Wounds DO heal. Takes time. To think other wise is pure arrogance and ignorance, and if you think it doesn't, then you have yet to truly love and forgive yourself. Love your self. Believe in something, anything. Let those who try to lend a hand assist you. Your not alone 🙏
I’m feeling extremely bloated this week, my feet feel like they’re gonna fall off from being on them 8 hrs a day and I feel like I’m not where I should be in terms of prep.
