First time trying this couple ab workout and I’m pretty damn proud of us! The foot and a half height difference made it a bit challenging. I was able to fully pike but @megadaddyfit couldn’t quite come to a full sit-up. .
Always next time but this is still a killer ab workout that you and your partner can do anywhere on your travels whether you are able to make it to the gym or not 😊

Anyone in NJ go to 24 hr fitness and want to do a workout with me on Sunday?? I would say Saturday too but think I’ll only be there in the evening/night.

Lagos is the shit. I'm so inlove with this place.
Lifting is the shit. I was telling @sayerfit that some things I appreciate about my fitness level now (aerobic, not just being strong) is that A) I can kayak all morning, walk up and down hills all afternoon, lift for 1.5 hours, and still have energy to go out and hit the town , and B)find familiarity and reconnect to myself anywhere in the world if I can workout somewhere, esp in a dope gym. I know who I am when I workout/lift, it's my main form of meditation. The unfamiliarity of travel is a huge gift in obviously many ways, but taking time to connect with your center is always a worthwhile endeavor, no matter where you are. Lifting is my favorite way to do that, and I can lift anywhere.
