I woke up to snow this morning in CO, so let’s continue dreaming about #Cuba. This stretch of awesome is near Playa Giron, or, as its known in the US, the Bay of Pigs. No pigs here, just cerulean water and a fun shore dive.🧜♀️
Norway is known for its spectacular landscapes and iconic fjords. The fjords were formed at during the ice ages, when glaciers - rivers of ice, carved their way through the landscape. When they melted, water filled these U shaped valleys, creating the fjords we see today. One of the best ways to enjoy the fjords is by boat, allowing you to truly admire this striking natural landscape.
Interesting nugget: Tipo 00 is the Italian pasta flour used to make the pasta at Tipo 00. Clever. The food? Amazing. A side note, the chargrilled octopus is mouthwatering. Oh, how I would give anything to go back to Melbourne and savour the summer in this delightful pasta bar on Little Bourke Street.
