Exercise Name: Sitting Cable Tricep Kickback
Muscles targeted✅ Tricepz
Utilize the double pulley cables for this exercise. A lot of the gyms nowadays have this machine. It’s normally for back row cable work but I used this machine to hit the triceps! Don’t worry about weight here. The goal is to do higher reps for maximizing time under tension. Grab the pulleys and extend arms vertically to hit the triceps. You could also angle differently if you feel it hits your triceps better.
