Just messing around today with some new exercises and thought I'd share this one.
It's a sled push up + jackknife. Same idea as the TRX except you are pulling in physical weight this time. DO NOT GO HEAVY!! This is demanding on the arms and core. And by core I mean your abs and your low back.
This exercise also points out any muscle imbalances in your core and legs...how?
Well if you pull or push to much on one side then the sled will run off course and hit the wall or go off the turf. So when done properly the sled should stay straight the whole time. That's how you know things are working equally.
Anyone clients want to try it?

Passer checking out the field before today’s match. This was a lot of their first time playing on turf. This is the LFA training center where the Liberian National Team trains, so it is not an everyday occurrence. This was the setting for today’s matchup against @monroviafootballacademy
