Flashback at being beeped at for slowing down to take this view in, as it loomed up by the side of the road #italy 🇮🇹 #nothingtoseehere This is the walled town of Monteriggione, near #Siena in #Tuscany. Similar skies today...
Good day today. Studied in the quarry, lunch with good and new friends, gave them a tour of the art in Castelvecchio, then once home, I got to help with the potato harvest, now resting and developing the man's face, starting with the profile. #ArtistsLife#LoveValleriana#TuscanLiving#MarbleCarving#Potato Harvest
It’s our second to last night here in Tuscany staying with my mum who’s hired this beautiful house in the middle of nowhere for the month. It’s been lush but we’ve had our fair share of mozzies, lizards 🦎, hornets 🐝 and some wild boar 🐗 thrown in for fun 😬. We drove back from supper last night and along the bumpy farm track a herd (?) of wild boar came thundering across our path! We’d heard evidence of “Mr Schnuffles” (what mum and my sister and kids named him the week before having heard him rooting about in the dark 🙈) the night before as we sat out on the terrace and nearly shat ourselves 😆. Wild boar aside, it’s been gorgeous! Happy Monday x #holidaydecor#tuscany#interiordesign#tuscanliving#holiday#instahome#housegoals#housedesign#apartmenttherapy#realestate#travel#house
Radda in Chianti is a charming little town in Tuscany. What makes it even more charming is @decori_neltempo - a modern art studio owned by a lovely young couple.
There are beautiful hand painted ceramics with the mark of the black rooster (a symbol of Chianti). Adjacent to the pottery store is their own clothing store with very trendy and chic dresses! Another great find, Italy 🇮🇹💙
