SO.......Here’s me after close to 10,000 calories, bloated puffy and struggling to breathe 😂 and you know what I feel happier than ever! We constantly seem to be using this as a platform to seek acceptance and praises from ppl who couldn’t be more irrelevant to our lives! We only put up the perfect picture and we can’t bare to let our “followers” see anything other than fake, filtered, recycled pictures of not our real life! The worlds gone mad 😶

Feeling fucking good!
I know this might not mean anything to some people, but i just wanted to share because its all progress.
I said in one of my posts the coma really woke me up mentally. I realised that all my life i had set goals and smashed them, some of them people laughed and said wont happen.
After Hyponatremia, sepsis, pneumonia, emphysema, 4 fractures, 2 dislocations and the death of my nerves down my left side i was told i wont be able to train again for 12 months.
So i set a goal, just like i would have done in the past.
I'm going to place in the classic division British finals next year. ✔Broke it down into small goals, first goal was to gain some strength back in each lift which i have done.
✔ I also put a post on here saying back to 100kg by Christmas, well i weighed myself today and i've smashed that! ✔ Get my nerves working again. I had another app at the specialist on Thursday and her surprise when she done the nerve conduction test was unreal. I worked HARD for that moment. ✔ oh also, today, i got accepted for my masters!! In a light hearted vote back in school, i was voted as "the first to go to prison". Offended the shit out of me. So i wrote a goal book back then when i was 15 and ive smashed so many of them, it sculpted my personality.
I feel like i am me again, i am fucking alive again

How shit must so many people, especially younger people, feel these days knowing they can not only add a bit of warmth to their pictures but also add inches to their muscles instantly, because they feel like how they are now isn't good enough 🤐 and girls, those 'unreal' girls on IG who have zero waists are probably doing this to achieve that look, too...
Everyone swipes on Instagram and sees how others are living or looking 🙋🏻♂️ Sometimes it can have a seriously negative impact on our mental health. I'm here to tell you that a lot of it is bollocks and most of the popular figures are doing things like this so they can get rich quick 😑
Good fun on the lean bulk thus far gauging how much volume I need to grow, how much I can recover from and allocating my sets/reps accordingly.
The above is a priority and goes hand in hand with ensuring you’re enjoying your training 🤝

If you know me, you know I come to WIN. This year my goal was to be Junior Mens Physique British champ! I have been sacrificing a lot to compete this year, impacting more than just myself. I want to thank my family for the support of my dreams, everyone who has put up with me this prep and also @rickymoore_1rm for being the coach I need!
I would love to get back on stage but seen as I can no longer complete my goal it would be selfish of me to continue on to compete in another show this year. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

i’m flying back to London in 3 days and i couldn’t be more excited. getting the finishing touches of prep done and then it’s stage time 🙈
am i satisfied with the package i’m bringing to the stage? NO. am i proud if the package i managed to put together? EXTREMELY.
i could’ve done a lot of things differently this season, but i only know that because i’ve made mistakes that i can learn from 🤷🏽♀️ now off i go to nail peak week, step on stage for the last time this year, and then rest for a couple months, building up my metabolism, training harder than ever, so that i can come back better and leaner next year, to get the placing i’m aiming for.
