I love doing legs on a Friday because the gym is dead and I can actually grab a bench to do hip thrusts on 🙌🏽 My workout consisted of:
▪️Hip thrusts 5x8 80kg
▪️Bulgarian split squats 3x10 14kg
▪️Goblet squats 3x10 28kg
▪️Back extension 3x15 5kg
▪️Cable kickbacks 3x12 9kg
I then spent my Friday evening curled up on the sofa watching sport relief with my ❤️☺️🤗

Goal setting: Fitness
Now that January and most of the treats leftover from Christmas are firmly out of the way, it’s time to review my health and fitness goals for the year. There is a big picture but the small goal for the end of April is to strip back as much body fat as I can (I have a figure in my head I’m aiming for) and then review my condition and fitness from there. Anyone else setting goals with me?

Two of my favourite leg day compound exercises 💥Top form tips:
Squats ➡️ Keep your tail bone tucked under and back flat. Don’t arch your back towards your belly, if your over arching (flexing) your back you need to drop the weight 💪🏼
Hip thrusts ➡️ Again keep your back flat and tuck your tail bone under. Don’t stick your bum out and over arch (flex) your spine 🍑
