1/2 cup original Bisquick pancake &baking mix
1 tsp pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp organic pure cane sugar
Dash (or to taste) pumpkin pie spice and ground cinnamon
Splash of pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup none dairy milk (might need more i didn't really measure this i just eyeballed it)
Heat your non stick skillet. Put all ingredients in a small bowl and mix together with a small whisk or a fork. If batter is too dry add a bit more milk till you have a batter that is thick but pourable. Lastly place batter on skillet making three nice little circle pancakes and wait till you notice the bottom has a crust then flip and wait till the other side is done. And tada you have vegan pumpkin pancakes serve with any toppings you like, here i used frozen blueberries, hemp seeds, agave nectar and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. *this makes three pancakes total if you would like to make more just double, triple the recipe.
