After putting laundry away this morning, it was revealed that Erin has exactly 192 @strungout T-shirts, and she looks like a sexy badass in every one of them.
🥜Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Overnight Oats🥜
•3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
•1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk + another splash in the morning
•1 1/2 Tablespoons peanut butter
•2 teaspoons agave
•1 teaspoon chia seeds
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a mason jar.
2. Allow the oats to sit overnight in the refrigerator.
3. In the morning, add a splash of milk, and stir everything together again.
4. Top with roasted peanuts, additional peanut butter, banana slices, fresh berries, @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut flakes, etc., if desired.

ed popsicle; blend handful of fresh strawberries, handful of frozen cranberries and 1 date until smooth. Pour in popsicle mold.
orange popsicle; blend one peeled orange, handful of mangocubes and 1/2 tsp @arcticberry seabuckthorn powder until smooth. Pour in pospsicle mold.
yellow popsicle; blend 2 big handfuls of fresh mangocubes and juice of 1/2 lime until smooth. Pour in posicle mold.
green popsicle; blend half a kiwi, 1/4 avocado, half a banana and a bit of green spirulina until smooth. Pour in popsicle mold.
blue popsicle; blend 3/4 banana, concentrated blue chai tea and spirulina until smooth. Play with the colour until you achieved the desired blue! Pour in popsicle mold.
purple popsicle; blend 2 big handsful of blueberries, a good gulp of @alpro oatmilk and a date until smooth. Pour in popsicle mold.
Pour leftover smoothie in a jar🌈

Better for my 🧠 anyways..😍☺️ I read a few 📚 , prayed, meditated 🧘🏾♀️ a lot, discovered a few parks with the kiddos, connected with Mother Nature, slept more than I usually do 😴 🛏🤸🏾♀️🏋🏾♀️ & didn’t turn my 📺 or computers 🖥 💻 on for more than 20 minutes( since Tuesday) and it was interesting to not be actively “connected” for a while ..🙌🏾 😬😂🙈It’s pretty good! 👌🏾Allez, let’s dive 🥣🏊🏾♂️in my plate shall we? What’s for Breakfast this morning?? 👉🏾 Some Fresh Powerhouse carrot 🥕 juice ( because there’s more to the juice that meets the eye) ➕fresh mint leaves, cherries🍒, pears 🍐, peaches 🍑, blueberries 🍇, strawberries 🍓, pineapple 🍍 slices and a homemade cinnamon raisin bun made with light spelt flour 😋 😋 If my plate could speak to you right now, it would be “speaking in tongues”😉🗣🙌🏾✨ What did you have for breakfast and how often do you “disconnect” from the 🌎 📲 ? ⏳🚘⛪⏰ Have a Blessed Sunday! I started my day with this delicious breakfast which consisted on tofu scramble, two pieces of whole grain bread, some grapes and green tea. For the tofu scramble I used onion, tomato, Serrano pepper, soy chorizo and for spices I used turmeric, cumin, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder, on top some avocado for those healthy fats. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Buenos dias ☀
Hoy inicié mi día con este tofu revuelto que estaba riquísimo! Llevaba cebolla, Jitomate, chile serrano, chorizo de soya y de especies comino, cúrcuma, pimienta negra,ajo en polvo y cebolla en polvo, encima agregué aguacate para tener grasas buenas y acompañe con dos rebanadas de pan, uvas & té verde.
Checked out @cafecelest Seattle’s NEWEST ALL VEGAN CAFE that’s also 100% gluten-free! Friday I grabbed a carrot juice, the weekend special which was Quiche filled with @miyokos_kitchen Moz and @kitehillfoods ricotta and some tasty sides to-go. I devoured that dang quiche in my car!
