have you ever tried to go on a diet and it failed miserably?
i told myself i shouldn't and couldn't eat certain foods i loved because they were "bad for me"
but that mindset didn't help me keep those foods off my plate, it only made me want them more
this is because restriction doesn't work
when we say things like, "i can't have that" or "i shouldn't have that" our minds want to rebel. and we start to crave that thing more and more.
soo what's the solution?
this creates the space for choice.
we alwayyys have the power to choose our actions. the things we put inside our body. whether we choose to strengthen it or weaken it. how we want to spend our time and money. the choice is ALWAYS ours.
and once that is realized, we are then free to MAKE a choice. it doesn't come from a place of restriction or feeling out of control, it comes from a place of knowing what we want and exercising free-will on it.
practice allowance, instead of restriction, and i promise your whole world will shift

It’s basically a breaded burger ball with @beyondmeat Beyond Burger, topped with bread crumbs...oh, and it’s stuffed with mature cheddar @violife_foods cheese and it’s literal perfection.
