So last night I had a gungo peas stew with dumplings and some Callaloo and spinach greens with other vegetables.

All you seriously need is muffin tins I use the non stick ones. -
Chocolate of your choice! We used loving earth milk Choc and caramel chocolate mixed together as that’s my fav combo. -
Coconut nectar, again we used loving earths one
Raspberries (frozen or not) doesn’t matter -
PB of choice -
That’s all 🤗 melt half your chocolate for the base and put into your tin. Pop into freezer to set. One the stove on a low to medium heat heat your raspberries in a pot until melted together add about 1 tsp or two of coconut nectar. Once combined pop the whole pot in the fridge to go cool. Then add 1 tsp to your bases, followed by half of a tsp of PB followed by more melted chocolate 🤤 -
And that’s it! You have a super easy and affordable Halloween treat for you and your ghosts and ghouls 🙌🏼
