If I got a cancer, what would I eat?
Recently I read some books about how to take care cancer. And This experience made me re-think about my life style.
Everyone wanna be healthy, good shape and of course no disease! So for that it is really helpful to think about the bad possibility. And I have 100% to die.
Paradoxically when I study about the disease and death, it gave me energy how to live well :)
- natto + brown rice + beet root.
- beet root salade + yuzu.
- pumpkin leaves.

- black bean .
I wake up at 4:45 am on Saturdays to teach Hot Yoga class🧘🏻♀️ I start my day with tea and then usually I treat myself for breakfast later on.
Today is my first day on vacation but I had an appointment scheduled right after class in the city so I decided to stay longer and treated myself with this breakfast dish called Shakshuka - it’s a vegetarian dish - contains eggs and dairy but I ordered without dairy and added veggies instead . I enjoyed every bite and took half home for another day. I find that the portions in some places are too big and as much as I love flavorful food I don’t eat big portions. This meal was huge and delicious made with tomato’s like a soup and in this version had chickpeas, 2 eggs, veggies ( onions, zucchini, squash and corn topped with cilantro and basil . Lots of it! and it’s served with 3 slices of toasted challah bread. I had only one slice . It’s a tradition from North Africa cuisine. Try it and enjoy! I also had a cappuccino w almond milk on the 2nd picture while people watching 😊
The perfect sick day (or hangover 🙃) soup:
➡️ Added some finely minced garlic (2 cloves) and ginger (~1tbsp) to a pot with olive oil, mushrooms, and sweet peas,
➡️ I then added lime juice (1/2), chili paste (1 tsp or so), soy sauce (about 1tbsp) and a splash of rice vinegar....let that cook for about 3-4 minutes
➡️ Next, threw in 1 cup of water and a small container of bone broth and let it get to almost boiling (added a touch more soy sauce, too)
➡️ Turned off the stove, added udon noodles, bok choy, green onion, and chopped cilantro, then left it covered for 10 minutes. Topped it with peanuts and it was ready to go!
Had 2 huge bowls and based on my estimate the whole thing was only about 450 calories 😄
It’s simple, cheap, and pretty much impossible to mess up, created it myself and will definitely be making again. 💯

Quick and colourful lunch 🍴 When there's not much time for cooking, pasta is one of the options 😋
This time was spinach pasta with various veggies (zucchini, tomatoe, pepper, carrot) and chickpeas 🍅🥕🌶🍝
