||~ The Body Scan.🌻 —> Before you start the F45 challenge or any challenge or weight loss program for that matter, it is a good idea to get a body scan done. Not only to be in the running for the challenge prizes but it’s great to see where your at. I always love to have a starting point when goals are concerned and so now I do. I have something to improve. On the Scan it basically tells me my Body Fat Percentage, my Muscle Mass, my weight, the distribution of my weight and muscles and so on and so forth. It’s quite a nifty little tool. 😌 I have circled my Body Fat percentage on the page as you can see. This and my Muscle Mass are the numbers I’m generally concerned about! Sooo, this is week 1. It’s Thursday so it’s pretty much complete now and we will be onto week 2. The next Body Scan is in week 4 and then there is obviously another in the last week, week 8, to finish.
