Shahm was a varsity rower at Harvard for 4 years (1994-1998). During his senior year, his varsity boat was undefeated in dual races; came in 2nd at the Head of Charles behind the US national team beating all collegiate and other national teams: won the 4-mile Harvard-Yale race by 23 seconds; and went on to win the Ladies Challenge Plate at Henley, England beating Cambridge University.

QuickSand Movement Intensive Workshop with @fifi_schaefer this Friday.
FELIX SCHAEFER graduated from the Sports High School “Ludwig-Frank Gymnasium” in Mannheim, Germany in 2003. Shortly after, he moved to Auckland, New Zealand. There, he completed a “Diploma in Ayurvedic Lifestyle Management” and a “Bachelor in Performing Arts”. After an ankle injury, Felix was forced to do physiotherapy. Part of his Physiotherapy Plan was Pilates. In his first Pilates class he tried to figure out why all women in the class have stronger gluteus muscles than he (he still tries to figure that out today).
This sparked an ongoing interest in how the human body functions. He trains and teaches numerous sports such as Kickboxing, Brasilian Jiu Jutsu, Basketball, Crossfitness, Pilates, Surfing, Yoga, Athletics, Rugby and others. In his time in New Zealand he also discovered a passion for dance, in particular contemporary style. Felix currently works as a freelancer in Berlin, Germany. He works as an actor, dancer and Movement Coach.

We are proud of everyone who took part in yesterday's Team Marathon Row event, you all nailed it! .
It was great to see the community come together and have a good time @crossfit962 @crossfit_stonehill . All 14 teams rowed the 42,195km in under 3 hours, and the vibes were awesome; everyone cheered on their fellow athletes until the very end! .
Thank you to all those who attended, proceeds will go to @thechampcampjo initiative to support their efforts in improving childen's lives through fitness and health. Stay healthy, stay humble, stay strong 💪✌ -QS #QuickSandTheRock .

We are happy to announce that our Team Marathon Row event will benefit the great initiative @thechampcampjo which empowers young boys and girls in Al-baqa'a Refugee camp through the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. The initiative has had a great impact on the lives of these young boys and girls who have been selected to represent Jordan in the national team, as well as participate and get medals in a number of weightlifting tournaments.
