3. Limit refined grains, added Sugar.
4. Choose food over supplements.
5. Enjoy your food; Be mindful! Put away your phone, turn off your Tv or computer, and just enjoy your meal!

YOUR BONES ARE LIVING TISSUE!!!
Did you know that your bone is a living tissue with wholes inside. The inside has a honeycomb-like appearance. It remodels itself constantly by the demands you place on it.
Bone remodeling occurs in two phases. First, special bone cells called “osteoclasts” break down bone. Then, other bone cells called “osteoblasts” create new bone. Osteoclasts and osteoblasts can coordinate well for most of your life. Eventually, this coordination can break down, and the osteoclasts begin to remove more bone than the osteoblasts can create. When this imbalance occurs for long periods of time you will develop osteoporosis. Bones affected by osteoporosis have larger holes and are more fragile.
Here are 3 tips to prevent osteoporosis:
1. Engage in Weight-Bearing Exercise
2. Eat Plants and Fermented Foods
3. Get More Sleep
