It can be so easy to get angry at yourself for whatever reason. Stop and think if you would speak to others this way?
Time to treat yourself the way you'd like to be treated ~ with all the kindness in the world. Everyone needs love and kindness.
Anger manifests as criticism. How you can best release this? Go for a run | walk | exercise, punch that boxing bag, scream into a pillow, let it out in the car with windows wound up - others think you're singing, or whip a teatowel against a doorframe. Other suggestions you have leave in the comments for us.
Step 1. Stop your inner critic in his or her tracks
Step 2. Release your anger in a productive way that keeps you and others safe
Step 3. Be gentle and loving with your thoughts, with you
