Three years ago, this is what our happy hour looked like. It’s crazy to see these memories pop up on our phone and bring us right back to that moment!⠀
We were living on a small 7-mile island on the Jersey Shore and we had JUST started our marketing business. We would bike to the public library for free wifi, print our DIY flyers, and knock door-to-door to meet local business owners.⠀
Yes, we are digital marketers. ⠀
Yes, we love paid advertising. ⠀
But we started our business the old fashioned way.⠀
We showed up - in person.⠀
We didn’t have a big office. We didn’t have a fancy website. We didn’t have a ton of followers or any client testimonials at that point.⠀
We just had our heart for serving our community - and doing it better than what we saw out there.⠀
And while our business looks a bit different now, while our clients span across the entire country, while our reviews and results have grown and grown, the common thread these past three years is the heart behind what we do.⠀
It’s YOU. It’s serving our clients well. Serving them better than anyone else, and loving their businesses like they’re our own.⠀
To every single person who has worked with us these past few years, we are SO grateful for you. You’ve made our wildest dreams come true, and we pray that we’ve made yours come true right along with them.

Yesterday my team had our first annual river day. We laughed. We stuffed our faces. But mostly we enjoyed one another outside of the duties of the venue. ⠀
If you asked my team, yes we compensate them well, but this is the kind of stuff that keeps them excited and engaged about our business. ⠀
That's my #mondaymotivation for you all this week. Motivate your team, show them how they impact your business and give them a reason to care. I can promise you'll get back more than you give if you get this right. 💕⠀
One of the most common errors that I oftentimes see wedding creatives make is this. They loose track of the “l” and the “u” within their entrepreneurial business.
Yes, we aim to scale our businesses, build our teams, and make more money.
What’s the sense in building an entrepreneurial business that “u” can not truly enjoy and live out your passions ?
THE GAME PLAN

-Work hard creating, designing, developing it in order to sell it. -Work long ungodly hours perfecting it. -Discount your prices to get hired.
Sheer frustration, loss of sleep,and time spent with friends and family .
Reintroduce yourself and keep track of the “I” within your business
Questions that you need to answer ... Why did “I” initially start this wedding business ?
Where do “I” fit within the business game plan.
Am “I”winning with this game plan or is it getting old?
If the answers are not what you honestly aimed for ?
Well then it’s time for you to EVOLVE.
