I sound ridiculous 😂 Gandhi said it himself “It is health that is real wealth & not pieces of gold & silver.” Winston Churchill was quoted saying “Healthy citizens are the greatest asset any country can have.” If all of this is true then why do we have so many people who don’t take care of themselves? I think it comes down to two things. Lack of confidence/discipline. & lack of knowledge. That’s why I started this page. To instill confidence by bridging motivation, personal development & body transformation. Because building a great body and feeling good is really f’n simple when you know what to do. NO EQUIPMENT CORE CIRCUIT 🔥
You know what? It’s okay to just go to the gym and do exercises you enjoy 😂 Sometimes I don’t feel like going to the gym (maybe like once a month) so I say to myself - you can go and do all your favourite exercises but you need to do something active today 😋 So I’ll usually go in and do my favourite booty or core exercises 😄
Exercising shouldn’t be boring. I don’t think it should feel like a chore or a hassle. The same applies to the foods you eat, it is about finding something that works for you 💯
🍎 Food - some people prefer IIFYM, clean eating, paleo, intermittent fasting, warrior diet, calorie counting, low carb, low fat, intuitive eating and the list goes on.
💪🏽 Training - power lifting, body building, sport specific training, HIIT, group classes/bootcamps, cardio, outdoor circuits etc.
The best training and nutrition plan is one you can be consistent with. I could give you an amazing plan but you won’t get results if you don’t follow it 🙌🏽

➡️ 20 total (alternating sides) per exercise, rest for one minute after doing the circuit 💦 Repeat for 3 rounds 😍
