👉🏻I made buffet prep quiet similar to last week because I absolutely enjoyed it and felt great! I used to make portioned meal preps but right now I find buffet preps easier to stick with!
So if you are not happy with what you are doing at the moment maybe try to change the plan and try to find your happy place so you can be consistent. It is ok to eat the same meals over and over again, however I am a fan of varieties. Therefor try to change at least few things each week but keep the basics
My breakfast this morning was bombdiggigty!!🙌🏼🎉💃🏻🤤 Food shouldn’t be feared or confusing when you’re losing weight! And it MOST definitely should by yummy!! 🤣🤣 (or at least that’s my goal w/ my food🤷🏻♀️😉) I carb cycle, intermittent fast, and follow a more lower carb/ higher fat lifestyle...(no not #keto ) I’ve been toying with days of full fasting, and finding the cycle that works for me-and as I change programs, I adapt to that new workout program’s schedule. IT WORKS! And works very well. 🚫no deprivation🚫no crash dieting 🚫no weird foods to buy or make... find what works and be CONSISTENT! .

I’ve been opening with you guys and letting you know that I’ve been so in my head, so cruel to myself, and just doubting everything. I’ve been in a bad mental funk for the last few months and I finally feel like I’m breaking out of it. 🙏🏼 I’m feeling my confidence coming back, I’m starting to win the self love battle and it feels so DAMN GOOD. I’m starting to do cardio twice a day 5x a week, tracking my macros again, and just feeling so motivated for the first time in what seems like forever. I just feel really happy right now. 💘

”I’m down 7lbs! It honestly feels like more though because my clothes are much looser so I think I’ve gained some muscle 😬 I’ve been using the summer slim down and really love it. I like that it’s a pretty quick workout but I still sweat. I was doing a different program but the exercises were kind of complex so I wasn’t sure I was doing them correctly so I like that brianas guides use basic movements.

♡Day Zero♡ I have went back and forth about sharing this pic. I am not where I want to be BUT I'm sure proud of where I am headed! Tomorrow starts my 2nd round of LIIFT 4 and I am excited (and nervous!) to see what the next 8 weeks will bring.
30 minutes. 4 days a week. From my home.. or wherever I want to work out.
