Even though I felt happy in October, I wasn’t confident and I remember looking at my holiday pics feeling sad because I felt like I wasn’t the happy confident person I knew I used to be before I had kids. So I decided to make a change and work on my happiness, it wasn’t just about the weightloss, it was about making myself happy again, and so my journey began...

Thought I was being too hard on myself with progress lately and that I needed a reality check (looking through old progress shots). Then I realised I’m not being harsh, I’m just raising my standards.
Be more than you were. Aim higher than you ever thought you could.

My advice is to keep pushing harder than ever!
Because what you do now will be the result in the future for good or bad.

Ditch the gym and eat comfort food because it’s cold? Then have another summer tugging on your clothes and sitting by the pool to self conscious to get in?

Sharing a quick progress pic that is only 2 months apart!!! The colder months always mean more eating 🥦🍔 I might be a little bit more squishy in the tummy area and my stomach isn’t 100% flat but winter is a good time to fuel your body in order to grow muscle. This means growing the BOOTY! I’ve done this with various heavy exercises and a A LOT of the exercises I posted the other day. So get working if you want a 🍑 it won’t happen over night 💁🏼♀️ don’t be so afraid to look thicker, shred season will come but for now embrace the cold weather and FOOOOD 😌
