I was recently asked this question:
- Have you ever wrestled with "I am not good enough" or "I am not worthy" because of things that happened in your past or things people have said to you? - How did you overcome this or move past it?
Made me laugh because this was my whole life story up until a couple years ago and overcoming those things was a full time endeavour. And it's the reason why I started my business.
The overcoming part was convoluted and like a knotted up piece of string. I studied everything I could, took trainings, went to get a masters degree, and put together my own healing program based on my own journey.
Now being on the other side of those limiting beliefs and emotional sludge that stems from them, it's a lot easier to see the steps I took - but in the middle of it nothing made sense and it didn't always seem like I was making progress.
Getting over anything takes awareness, desire, commitment and constant tweaking and moving forward to get to the change we want.
Jealousy stems from our inability to want to see others loved by people we fancy, but we must go deeper with this emotion so that we can understand its breeding from the root because only then can proper care be given to diminish this discrepancy. Try taking away the mundane illusion of segregated love for ONLY the one we fancy and instead bring the love connect full circle.
Only then will we realize (through oneness of love) that what is really happening here emotionally is our lack of desire to see someone else loved. When we truly believe in love it doesn't matter by, for, or from whom it is received. How can we believe in love and be displeased (jealous) when seeing it? We cannot think this way and believe that process of thinking will breed real love into our lives.
Disconnection is an illusion and that is why we are separate bodies physically while remaining one spiritually. Physicality is an illusion not meant to hold something so limitless like us for long. We are all connected to one energy that is expressing and experiencing itself infinitely. There is only ONE. I am you, you are me, they are us, and we are them, which ultimately means we're all ONE body of energy whom ALL is deserving of love. This... is how we rid ourselves of jealousy.
Also thought by understanding that what is meant for us will be for us, and what is meant for us... is Us in L.O.V.E

If we can quickly believe that someone is out to get us than we should also have the same enthusiasm in believing that someone is out to heal us aswell. There is a cycle to life that stems off of our belief system and in order to ride it correctly we have to be ambitious in believing the odds will be in our favor just as much if not more then negativity will.
If we believe that pain and suffering is the only way that breeds healing than the universe (You In Verses meaning everyone you see around you) will break down a plan to make that manifest. Our reason for being here is to heal. There is not one soul here not tasked in healing self. The object of this healing art is to focus on what we WANT to happen.. What we would like to see manifest. Focus on the things we're feeling and not on what our thoughts show us. Things often never manifest how we see them but instead how we Feel them.
Life is a feeling process. Feel how you want things to go. After all.. everything physical is an illusion and the only real thing we carry with us from this place is the way we Feel and that's why we need to heal. Sometimes we have to just let things come and just let them go too. Holding on to the pain/fear while in the same hand trying to believe that things will work in our favor is not conducive to productive healing.
Our ability to manifest in FOCUS is what is causing the imbalance. We are focused more on what can go wrong through the pain of what has gone wrong.. the darkness of things instead of focusing on what WILL go right.. Instead of focusing on what we ALL ARE: The Light. No darkness can live where there is light.. Unless the light has dimmed. This.. Is our imbalance. The dimming of our ability to see L.O.V.E
One of my favorite things to do on a Friday: take it a little easier and combine work with play ❤️ discovered this amazing coffeeshop in central Berlin today where I had some delicious olong tea and worked on my newsletter :) PS: sending it out tomorrow and it will be packed with insights and valuable resources for dealing with the monkey mind. Happy Spring my friends! This time of year is exciting because it brings with it more light and more opportunities for growth (literally and figuratively)...before I get into that...can we have a moment of silence and reflection over the winter of 2018? WHOA! Talk about the dark night of the soul! It was a DOOZY for me and for many of my friends and family. If you caught any of my posts or are in my Oil chat group we dove into the many interesting facts about how it was Kidney season...and our kidneys are where we store and filter fear. My kidneys required some additional care and attention - but throughout that time I learned to quiet myself (something I found quite uncomfortable). I learned to really listen and I used that discomfort in my soul and body to really do some introspection that I had been avoiding. In all honesty, I am not sure I have ever been more excited to end one season and begin another. ENTER SPRING! 🎶Oh Mr Sun Sun Mr Golden Sun! Please Shine Down on Me!🎶 Continue to Shine your light on the dark places Lord. I will thank you for the gifts that your Light reveals. (Fun fact: this picture was taken in early February while I was on a walk with a friend. I needed this reminder in nature to prove to me that Spring was right around the corner...but first you must experience Fall and Winter before new growth can emerge.)
You are an animal. Simple fact. You're just as much a living, breathing, thirsty, hungry, wary creature as anything else on this earth, but sometimes you forget. That's okay, I do too.
But I firmly believe that we're here to reconnect with the deepest sense of wildness in ourselves, whatever that may look like. We're here to not see ourselves apart from, but instead deeply connected to nature and to this earth. We're tender stewards of the land, of our own emotional landscape and of our own fragile, tenuous balance of living here without harming ourselves or each other.
You are an animal, and that is not a slight, but instead the greatest privilege there is. We are here to remember this sense of inner connection and knowledge, and to recognize nature's given right to exist in the here and now.
I say "reconnect" and "remember" very intentionally, because this is something you and I already have available but we sometimes stray from. Whether you've spent 100 nights under the stars or none at all, you have innate, instinctual, irrevocable landmarks within your own internal geography that call you into the land and into your own sovereign territory of heart and knowing. You are wild, and that is everything.
It is weight loss season. Summer is around the corner & this is peak time we like to get in shape. More skin will be showing & less clothing. I get it. When we like the way we look, we do feel better. When our clothes fit better, we feel better. We have more energy & usually sleep better. Weight management is important that’s why I help people with it. Can I make a suggestion? Dig a little deeper and fall in love with the heart of God and how He originally designed you. Embrace your identity. Everything will flow easier from this place and you will remain free. #bbeautifullybrave#wholehearted#healthy#LOVE

SO much goodness.
