< 💧 save for later 💧 >
and it all has to start with first being kind to yourself:
1- write down 3 things you’re grateful for every morning
2- create a daily ritual. like reading a good book for 15 minutes.
3- eat green. the lighter you feel, the more energy you have. 🌞⚡️
Face the facts, and face yourself. Don’t get mad at others for pointing out the truth and making you confront your own guilt. We don’t have time to sugar coat our way through life. Do better every day. #vegan#whyvegan#veganfortheplanet#veganism
The #dairy industry is one of the most abusive food animal industries on the planet. 🐄💔 Female cows, to produce milk, have to first become pregnant and have a baby calf. They don’t lactate just for the heck of it (they aren’t magical milk machines as we’ve been led to believe)—a mama cow produces #milk to feed her baby (like we do). Sadly, on dairy farms, females are forcibly impregnated by workers and her newborn calf is taken away from her at birth so that the milk meant for the baby can be sold to humans.
The mother cows are then hooked up to milk machines two or three times a day. These machines pump out the milk meant for the calves. On today’s farms, cows are pushed to produce about 10 times more milk than they would produce in nature. They’re pushed beyond their biological limits. And then, when their milk production declines after a few years, they’re sent to slaughter—usually for beef.
These are cows who suffer the physical stress of intensive production, the emotional stress of losing a calf every year, and then they’re killed at a very young age. That is what’s wrong with milk and dairy.

🔯Who are we to find a purpose for others ?🔯
Did you know that most of the horses walk, eat grass and sleep when they are in the wild?
They enjoy themselves having a quiet and peaceful time with mother nature.
Wich means that in their natural state, they do not run. Or really rarely.
Yet, a long time ago, men have decided that their purpose would be to serve us in order to bring us from a place to another, in a faster way than walking.
Today we still use them as transport ( in some Police, as touristic attractions), but also as sports and entertainment. Do you really think that this is what horses want to do ?
From centuries to centuries, we've been having troubles to find a purpose in our own lifes. It is difficult to find something that we love to do, and once we find it, well, it might change!
We even have troubles to find the purpose of life itself.
Who are we to define the purpose of another specie ?
If someone tells you that your purpose is gonna be running for your entire life, how would you react?
What if someone tells you that from now on, you will be working in kitchen.
What if someone tells you that from now on, you will be sitting on a chair in front of a computer and check e-mails for a company. Every single day, every year, for the rest of your life. How would you feel about that?
"Ohh, don't worry you will have some breaks, and you will have time to go home as well, you can also have a cup of tea every morning. But remember that tomorrow and the days after, make sure you are ready to sit on that chair and read those emails, because this is your new purpose."
This is how it feels when someone else is telling you what is your purpose. When someone is removing from you the opportunity to make a choice.
Running isn't a purpose.
Creating milk isn't a purpose.
Being a peace of steak isn't a purpose.
Find your own, and let the animals decide theirs.
My vegan unicorn
OH, DIOS, MI DIOS...

A lil throwback to the amazing time in Bali when I had tons of avocado dishes at the @theavocadofactory . Sipping iced coffee with almond milk and spending hours in beautiful cafés was my everyday life for a while.
After some weeks passed by I realize even more how grateful I am for everything.
Bali is definitely a special place to me, I know that I’ll be back at some point.
I remember how I was told before I left Germany that one day the sun will annoy me. That I’ll be wanting cooler temperatures and some rain. That I wouldn’t be able to appreciate the warmth, once it’s a normal thing. But no, you all were wrong. I’m the happiest person when the sun is out and I can feel it on my skin. I also was thinking about to sell all my winter clothes to set a sign that I’ll never live in a cold country anymore.
Traveling showed me how important gratitude towards things is, that are happening in the present. That’s all we have and something no one can take us.
Where ever you are right now, the next time you can feel the sun shining on you, take a deep breath, close your eyes and enjoy the moment.
